To activate your ThermaWear jacket, hold the power button for 3 seconds. To adjust the temperature, press the button once to cycle through the settings: 35°C, 45°C, and 55°C.

The indicator light will display blue for 35°C, white for 45°C, and red for 55°C, allowing you to easily select your preferred level of warmth.
