    At Therma Wear, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you have any concerns or need assistance with your purchase, please reach out to us. Below is our Returns Policy to guide you through the process.

    30-Day Return/Exchange Period

    We offer a 30-day return/exchange window from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    Eligibility for Return/Exchange

    To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in new, unused condition, identical to how you received it, and in its original packaging.

    Change of Mind Returns

    If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternate item(s) or store credit. Please note that any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

    Proof of Purchase

    To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refund Process

    If your return is approved, we will request the product to be returned to us for inspection. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the same week. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from your total refund amount.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. You should also contact your bank as there may be processing time involved. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at thermawearaus@gmail.com.

    Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or unused and have received prior approval. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at thermawearaus@gmail.com and provide details regarding the defect, damage, or desired change.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

    Shipping Returns

    To return your product, please contact us at thermawearaus@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the necessary details. You may also arrange for the return of your order through your chosen service provider.

    You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you did not pay for postage when returning the item(s).

    In cases where your order is replaced under warranty, you may be requested to return the replaced item to us using a reply-paid satchel for quality review purposes. This is a condition of the warranty.

    Shipping Insurance
